Surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Tuscany countryside, Fattoria Viticcio is situated in the Chianti Classico area, about 30 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena. Our farmhouse is located in the main estate building, in a typical Tuscany property that has been specially renovated and tastefully furnished. Besides offering a taste of the countryside and fine traditional things, we offer a full range of living comforts for the discerning travellers.

The apartments, positioned between the vineyards and the swimming pool, have a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms.RED ROSE Apartment: it offers a beautiful view of the Chianti hills. Arranged on two floors, there is an ample living room, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a large double bedroom frescoed with grape motifs on the first floor.It has its own independent entrance and a green area with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Equipped with: satellite tv, hi fi, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, linen, dishes and cutlery.Washing machine and iron with ironing board are available for our guests. SWEET ARIANNA Apartment: nestling amongst vineyards, this house looks out over the garden and swimming pool. Located on two floors, it includes a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor and a large, romantic double room and a bathroom on the upper floor.It has its own independent entrance and a green area with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Household facilities: satellite TV, stereo, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, linen and dishes. Washing machine and iron with ironing board are available for our guests.
